Boondock bistro,Bangalore

After a casual visit at the Forum value mall, this Boondock Bistro seemed to be the ideal place to walk n reach n climb up (not literally) to the third floor. It was quiet and airy with few others sitting. The place has a calm n positive atmosphere with polite and courteous staff.Being vegetarian,I found the menu limited yet sufficient but there were plenty of options for the counterparts.
We ordered Mexican bean burgers and crispy noodles veg salad. The serve time was decent and the salad was interesting mix of honey dipped crunchy noodles  and vegitables savoured with minimal external taste thus giving it a perfect feel to the taste buds. The Mexican bean burger(I ordered for the medium spice version) was ,to my surprise the true combination of all the necessary elements,it was assisted with french fries n coleslaw. The bun was fresh, the patty was moist enough to give a good gulp and not oily to give a bad feel,it isn't too cheesy and the veggies placed inside compliments it's neighborhoods. All in all a nice treat but heavy enough to be excessive for a medium appetite person.
I would also appreciate the cleanliness standard was above decent however the overall ambience can be popped up by giving some lively element to sooth the visitors senses.
We used @zomatoin @zomatogold one plus one food offer .

Bloomsbury's cafe

Lazy Saturday calls for a" drive and coffee at the evening" moment. This starts our ritual of browsing @zomato to look out for a new place and after exploring various options @ilovebloomsbury's looked the most promising and likable option to us.We drove and reached there at 9'ish.The place was sufficiently occupied with mix group (bachelors/couples/family).The surprise part was its first floor extension which made the restaurant so spacious and peaceful despite the presence of humans of varied age (yes!peace and kids are oxymoron ) .
We chose the corner sofa seating at the first floor which was quite like english cottage look but since it  gave us the road view with metro construction on,it wasn't justifying the rainy mood we wanted to relish over a cup of coffee with. These people provide a sketch  sheet with crayons  to keep their young guests entertained .
Browsing through the menu made us feel happy with so many vegitarian options .However we were there post dinner so the meal part was ruled out and we switched over for some lite-bite thing.I remember mentioning coffee above, but we were lured by other options to not think of caffeine🐱.
I was so much looking forward to have some warm pie in the given weather, but they were not having their walnut pie in stock ,made me ask for hazelnut  crunch cake slice. The man ,being @vegan discusses about juices in details and orders tomato basil soup instead🤐.
The food was served within expected time. The dessert  wasnt what i was expecting, the mascarpone was overpowering other taste and no crunch whatsoever was felt through out.You can try this when you are a cheese in a dessert  fan and I am quite sure you wont disagree the way I am doing here. Contrastingly, the soup is a big hit and a must try.It was hot and fresh with a slice of garlic bread to compliment the hot serve.
We certainly plan to re-visit this place with empty stomach and try the other variants of bites they serve.
Place:4/5
Ambience:3.5/5 (They do have a small live performance corner which was all vacant on a Saturday eve and even the sound system was all silent with no music at all giving a funky cafe a family dine in feel)
Food:3.5/5

Daily object mobile back covers

These beauties were the most desired right after we bought our One plus babies. I am more passionate about colors and he wants a retro touch, so after trying various obvious options, saw an elaborative range of back covers being advertised on Insta. As I quickly enter the @dailyobjects_official page, my eyes couldn't stop looking to the next pic, to their next creation and so on. This leads me to its website and oh my my , the range, and lines of covers these people offer are unimaginable. I was lucky enough to get to buy these at an offer of "Buy 3 @ 999".The print quality and conceptual design is up to the excellent standards and getting lifetime warranty of the print quality is an unasked favor in the succulent world we are a part of.
However, their delivery service was age-old wherein we had to wait forever to see the order being packed/shipped and eventually delivered after 15 days😴😴😴😴. Along with their own fully functional website and app,you can also find these lollies on the @amazon website aswell.
